New year, New Challenge!
We are delighted to welcome a familiar face back to our business – Mike Chester. We grabbed a coffee and had a quick catch up to find out what he’s been up to and learn what his immediate plans and focus are for 2023.
What has attracted you back to Axians?
It’s an exciting time for the business and the opportunity to play a pivotal role in developing our Enterprise business and services was a challenge I couldn’t turn down.
What will you be doing?
I will be focussed on driving the Enterprise business team and ensuring the delivery of services that add real value and enable our customers to achieve their goals for 2023 and beyond.
What are you looking forward to?
Working with a team of people who are passionate about driving business outcomes and developing long-term partnerships with our clients.
What is your initial focus?
Reach out to existing clients and understand how we can make their lives easier in these challenging times and how we can support them. Catch up with colleagues old and new and work together to ensure we deliver intrinsic value to our clients.
Has anything happened in the last 12 months that we should know about?
Became a Grandad – life is full of surprises. You forget how hard it is, but it doesn’t take long to get back into the swing of things and keeps me grounded with a good life / work balance.
